How is UDA delivery calculated and reported?

We reconcile UDA delivery monthly based on your practice management system data. Our platform integrates with your existing reporting workflows, and billing is always calculated in arrears based on actual patient UDAs delivered.

Are there any hidden costs or additional fees?

No. The £2.50 per UDA rate (England) is all-inclusive. It covers recruitment, UKVI sponsorship, Academy onboarding, performance management, platform access, replacement guarantees, and all ongoing support. There are no setup fees, retainers, or surprise charges.

What happens if a dentist underperforms?

Your cost automatically adjusts downward since you only pay per UDA delivered. Additionally, our performance management team intervenes with coaching and support. If performance doesn’t improve, we activate the replacement guarantee at no cost to you.

How does pricing work for part-time or multi-site dentists?

The £2.50 per UDA model applies regardless of working pattern. Whether your dentist works 2 days or 5 days per week, or splits time across multiple sites, you pay only for UDAs delivered at each location.
