We introduce your options

We source and pre-assess GDC and NHS registered dentists matched to your practice, location and contract, then put forward candidates for you to consider. The shortlist is done for you.

Your decision
You choose your dentist

You interview and decide. If a candidate is not the right fit, that is no problem at all — we simply introduce others until you are happy.

The final say is always yours. No one joins your practice unless you approve them.

Activation
We activate everything

Once you have chosen, we take over the admin: UKVI sponsorship, Skilled Worker visa, GDC registration and NHS activation, including performer and list numbers. It all runs in parallel and is fully managed, so nothing lands on your desk.

Your dentist starts working

Your dentist arrives fully onboarded and compliant, ready to treat patients and bring in revenue from their very first day.

You pay only on delivery — and stay covered

If you ever need a replacement or locum cover, it is already built into the agreement at no extra fee. At any point, you are covered.

How the process works.

What if I already have a candidate in mind?+

That is fine. If you have a dentist you want to bring on, we can manage their activation, UKVI, GDC and NHS onboarding for you, even if you sourced them yourself.

Do I have to accept a dentist you put forward?+

No. You interview and decide, and the final say is always yours. If a candidate is not right for your practice, we simply introduce others until you are happy. No one joins your practice unless you approve them.

When do I start paying?+

Only once your chosen dentist is in place and delivering. There is no upfront fee, and you are charged only on what the dentist actually delivers. If they deliver nothing, there is nothing to pay.

Do I have to use an overseas dentist?+

No. We recruit both internationally and across the UK. The right dentist depends on your practice, your timeline and your contract type.

How long does activation take?+

It depends on your situation, particularly whether the dentist is already in the UK or arriving from overseas. We assess your case and give you a realistic timeline upfront.

What happens if my dentist leaves?+

If a dentist placed by Dentello leaves during the agreement, we source a replacement at no additional fee for approved clinics. Your patient list is never left exposed.

Who pays the Home Office and visa fees?+

Home Office and visa fees are payable separately where applicable. Dentello manages the entire process for you, with any third party costs passed through at cost price.
