For dentists working with us, this can include professional and regulatory information such as qualifications, GDC registration status, NHS performer or list number details, and, where relevant, immigration and right to work documentation. For practices, we collect business contact and workforce information needed to provide the service.
Where necessary to provide the service, we may also receive personal data about a dentist from sources other than the individual, such as regulatory or official bodies and referees who support an application. The categories of any such data, and its source, are shown as [X] until published in full.
