What is replacement protection?+

Replacement protection means that if a dentist we placed leaves during the placement term, Dentello activates the replacement process and works to introduce a suitable replacement. The protection applies throughout the agreed placement, not a fixed window. If a suitable replacement cannot be provided, you may close the affected placement without an early-exit fee, subject to the terms of the agreement.

Why does Dentello stay involved after a dentist starts?+

Because the real cost of a placement comes later, when a dentist leaves, and they rarely leave without warning. The signs are usually there in advance. By monitoring placed dentists we catch those signs and act with preventive measures rather than reactions, keeping the workforce in place rather than treating the start date as the finish line.

What happens if there is a gap before a replacement starts?+

We keep a chair running and income flowing while a permanent replacement is arranged, so patient care and revenue do not stop.

How is retention support different from monitoring?+

Monitoring is how we stay aware of how a placement is going. Retention support is what we do about it: practical help that lets a dentist settle, integrate and want to stay. Together they reduce the chance of a replacement ever being needed.
