Yes. You pay nothing to start. In England the fee is from £14 per UDA, all-inclusive of the dentist's pay, and you only pay as activity is delivered. In Scotland it is a percentage of gross revenue.
Completely. Sponsorship licence, Skilled Worker visa, GDC registration and the England performer number or Scotland Health Board list number are all managed by Dentello. Where regulated immigration advice is required, it is provided by appropriately authorised advisers.
It depends on whether the dentist is already in the UK and their registration status. Because we run the visa, GDC and NHS pathways in parallel rather than in sequence, we compress the timeline as far as possible and give you a realistic first-day date up front.
If a dentist we placed leaves during the agreement, we source and activate a replacement at no additional recruitment fee for approved clinics - part of the workforce stability built into every placement.
