About the models.

Why does the model differ by country?+

Because each country pays for NHS dental care differently. The pricing model is matched to the contract in your country, while the platform behind it is the same everywhere.

Which model is cheapest?+

They are not directly comparable, because each reflects a different contract. The right model is the one matched to your country and practice type. We help you work out the real cost for yours.

Why is there no per-UDA rate for Wales?+

Wales abolished the UDA on 1 April 2026 and moved to a care-package model. We do not quote a per-UDA rate for Wales, and specific package values are shown as [X] until confirmed.

Is there an upfront fee on any model?+

No. There is no upfront fee under any model. Fees are performance linked, with Home Office and visa fees payable separately where they apply.
