What the 45 / 45 / 10 model actually means

It is simple: of the revenue your placed dentist actually generates for the clinic, 45% stays with your practice, 45% goes to the dentist and 10% to Dentello. You only ever pay that 10% on what the dentist has actually generated, so if they generate nothing there is nothing to pay, and you are only ever paying for what they bring in. There is no upfront fee and nothing else on top: no separate locum charges, no fixed finder's or placement fee, and no agency fees.
